Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico at this time.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders will typically be processed within a week after purchasing. Once an order has been shipped, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive domestic orders, and 6 weeks to receive international orders.
For made-to-order items, please refer to the product page for processing and shipping times.

Will my order come with tracking?
All orders will include tracking EXCEPT for orders with 10 or fewer stickers, which will be sent via letter mail to provide a more economical shipping option.
If you would like to be able to track your sticker order, please upgrade to the package shipping option at checkout.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If there is a defect with a product you have received, please email info@joojstudio.com as soon as possible.
Do you take commissions for custom art?
Commissions are currently closed. In the meantime, please fill out our interest form which will be used to contact customers once there is availability again.
